A Window
She sees a light glimmering from a window, atop the high tower placed afar,
whence she began to climb that tower with all the hopes of ambition.
She made her way over the edge,
and peered through the window.
She sees an empty room, an imagined light no longer there.
Her hope diminished;
she looked over the edge,
and sat upon the window sill.
She feels the empty world blowing a breeze upon her nose.
A sneeze.
The tower toppled down,
and she still sat upon the window sill, watching:
A light glimmering from a window, atop a high tower placed afar.
The orange crescent moon tilted over her forehead,
and she felt it: coarse but soft,
and she fell asleep.
In her dream she watched a magical wizard,
and the wizard climbed out of the lit window, atop a high tower placed afar,
and he opened the gates of the clouds to her,
where she flew away with the doves and ravens.
She was carried by the birds to a very high place
and dropped.
Falling steadily, her nose tickled again by the breeze,
until she hooked onto the orange crescent moon and awoke.
She could see the wizard sitting across from her, floating on the vacuum of air.
And he took her to a tower,
Where she sat on a window sill, where the light still glowed dim,
until that light too diminished,
and the tower toppled down.
She was left sitting on a window sill, watching:
A light glimmering from a window, atop a high tower placed afar.
And she laughed.

haha, it's supposed to be kinda existential. She's there and she isn't all at once! *plays twilight zone music*
