Willow Man
Hello there Mr. Willow man.
I see you've fared quite well.
You've passed through time and ages,
and swallowed more than your share.
I ask for one more meal -
A joining of two souls.
But really that's not what you'll do -
You'll swallow me down whole.
I'll take the pain and pressure,
The tightness from your trunk,
The scratchy feel of branches,
As my entity is shrunk.
And then I'll feel no pain,
No troubles, and no fears.
I'll disappear inside you,
And leave naught to rot up here.
My body will be yours.
My soul returns to G-d.
My consciousness will empty out,
My life will end, no doubts.
