Clipped Wings
When you are with me,
You set me free
You take me out
And let me fly,
But in this confusion
I've set my eyes
Upon the side
And restricted
In this light
You won't fly
Alone.
I loathe
To leave you,
Yet you free my soul
From the bondage
Your's bestowed.
And When you're with me
I fly away.

explain please. I thought it was liberation from the person who made you fly or are you flying away from them b/c of the bondage they bestowed?
ummm, kinda like being forced to be free. Like you want to fly away with the person who's binding you but they won't fly with you, yet are forcing you to be free all the same, after initially binding you.
